Bug Description

While I'm trying to upgrade Ubuntu from 20 LTS to 22 LTS via do-release-upgrade I get this error:

```
WARNING Can't mark 'ubuntu-desktop' for upgrade (E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.)
ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'Broken packages after upgrade: evolution-data-server, gnome-control-center, gnome-panel, libgirepository-1.0-1, ubuntu-desktop'
```
I've tried ppa-purge for ppa's in sources.list.d folder, but it didn't help.

Also I've tried:
apt autoremove
apt autoclean
apt full-upgrade
apt dist-upgrade
mv /etc/apt/sources.list.d /etc/apt/sources.list.d.old
apt update --fix-missing
apt install -f
apt install --fix-broken

I come up with a solution. I've decided to delete uduntu-desktop:

apt remove colord mesa-utils

And `do-release-upgrade` started works.

After upgrading was finished I installed deleted packages again and everything seems OK.

apt install gnome-control-center ubuntu-desktop
