Bug Description
I needed to upgrade an old system from 18.04 to 22.04, I used standard software updater app.
First upgrade to 20.04 went very smoothly.
Second upgrade has failed repeatedly with the message:
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-
After this the upgrade is rolled back.
