update from 22.04.01 LTS to 22.10 fails with broken packages

Bug Description
A do-release-upgrade from 22.04.01 LTS to 22.10 fails with broken packages. See attached apt.log. The breakage appears to originate with evolution-
I have removed all third-party software sources and packages that I can find.
apt-mark showhold
is empty.
sudo apt-show-versions | grep newer
is also empty.
sudo apt-show-versions | grep 'No available version'
is empty, too. I have run `apt-mark minimize-manual`.
Some assistance here would be appreciated. What am I missing?
