This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge

try the upgrade again.

@sweedalvm, the issue is with upgrading with PPAs enabled. Can you try running `ppa-purge` and trying your upgrade again?
