There seems to be an issue with the mirror of the Ubuntu archive you are using:

2022-08-27 17:46:26,802 DEBUG examining: 'deb http://ubuntu.mirror.ftn.uns.ac.rs/archive/ focal main restricted multiverse'
2022-08-27 17:46:26,804 DEBUG verifySourcesListEntry: deb http://ubuntu.mirror.ftn.uns.ac.rs/archive/ jammy main restricted multiverse
2022-08-27 17:46:26,804 DEBUG url_downloadable: http://ubuntu.mirror.ftn.uns.ac.rs/archive//dists/jammy/Release
2022-08-27 17:46:26,804 DEBUG s='http' n='ubuntu.mirror.ftn.uns.ac.rs' p='/archive//dists/jammy/Release' q='' f=''
2022-08-27 17:48:36,383 DEBUG error from httplib: '<urlopen error [Errno 110] Connessione scaduta>'

At the time of writing, I am not able to reach the mirror either (the connection times out). Please choose another mirror, and then try the upgrade again.
