For some reason the file /var/log/ dist-upgrade/ apt.log was not attached to this bug report, which would be helpful in determining the problematic PPA. However, I notice that you have the pipewire-debian, and deadsnakes PPAs enabled. Packages from these PPAs often cause problems during upgrade, so I would recommend using the `ppa-purge` tool to remove the packages installed from those two PPAs. After that, please try the upgrade again.
If the problem persists after another upgrade attempt, please attach your /var/log/ dist-upgrade/ apt.log to this bug report.
