The problem appears to be that you have the PPA https:/ /launchpad. net/~ubuntu- toolchain- r/+archive/ ubuntu/ test enabled. E.g., this line from VarLogDistupgra deAptlog. txt:

Please try disabling that PPA and use the `ppa-purge` tool to remove the versions installed from that PPA, so that your toolchain packages are from the official focal archive. After that, please try the upgrade again.
