It looks like you modified your /etc/apt/ sources. list file to contain the following entry:
2022-08-05 14:38:49,010 DEBUG examining: 'deb http:// us.old- release. ubuntu. com/ubuntu/ impish main restricted'
The correct site is http:// old-releases. ubuntu. com/ubuntu/ . Notice it is plural and that there is not a country mirror for old-releases. Please update your /etc/apt/ sources. list file to use the correct archive and then you should be able to upgrade to Jammy. Thanks!
