i was trying to update my ubuntu 20.04 to ubuntu21.10 using "sudo do-release-upgrade" and this happened

Bug Description

before this i tried to upgrade two time ,but the process terminated saying wine repository does not have the product key so i tried adding it but the same error was shown. so i deleted the winehq file from /etc/apt/ directory.
and this happened
