Looking at your /etc/apt/sources.list (included in the attached VarLogDistupgradeAptclonsystemstate.tar.gz), it appears you do not have focal-updates (or focal-security) enabled, so your packages are out of date and may be causing problems for the upgrade.

Please enable focal-updates and focal-security, run `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt upgrade`, and then try the upgrade again.

i have enabled focal-updates and focal-security in /etc/apt/source.list, then sudo apt udpate and upgrade, but nothing updated, upgrade faied with same error as below.

update and upgrade do not help , there is nothing to upgrade and update , everything is up to date on my system
