Bug Description

Upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04 fails. I have tried both the graphical option and command line option.

I first tried to upgrade Ubuntu on my laptop (from 18.04 to 20.04) and that worked fine. But it is not possible on my desktop PC. But I have much more software installed on the desktop.
