Unable to upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04

Trying to update from 18.04 to 20.04 and get the can't calculate update error message

Try removing gnuradio and gnuradio-dev packages, and then retry the upgrade. gnuradio seems to be causing a lot of upgrade issues.
