Unable to upgrade, non-informative error

Bug Description

In attempting to upgrade, I get a notice that "An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade." Followed by a blank space, followed by a notice that "if none of this applies..." saying check the logs. I am guessing something was supposed to be in that blank space.
