Bug Description

Doing upgrade from Ubuntu MATE 20.04 to Ubuntu MATE 20.10

Using Alt+F2 and update-manager -c

Expected result:
Should see window saying: "Upgrading Ubuntu to version 20.10"

Actual result:
Window says: "Upgrading Ubuntu to version 20.04"
