no possibility to upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04. the reason ppa repositories. already disaplbed and removed

after disabling and removing ppa from repository, still
can not upgrade,
getting error message:

Could not calculate the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
