arm kde upgrade to 20.04 fails on neon-desktop

Bug Description

Simply clicked upgrade when offerend 20.04 on a KDE neon user edition 5.19, 18.04, aarch64.

After Setting new software channels

Can`t install neon-desktop
It was impossibe to install a required package. Please report this as a bug

so here we are.
