Specifically, look at 'main.log' and 'apt.log'.

I notice you have gnuradio packages installed. They have been causing issues with 20.04 upgrade. You may want to try removing them and reinstalling gnuradion after upgrade if you still want it.

OK. I removed gnuradio and the problem remains.

Did you remove the gnuradio-dev package? That's the one has been causing problems upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04.

When trying to remove it I received this -

Package 'gnuradio-dev' is not installed, so not removed
