Bug Description

I tried to update from ubuntu 18.04 to ubuntu 20.04 LTS but upon calculation of upgrade it fails due to possibly broken third party packages. If this is not the case then I am not sure. I expected it to successfully upgrade however, the upgrade process as per the image attached indicates failed.
