Bug Description
1) Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
2) N/A
3) I expected the upgrade from Ubuntu 18 to Ubuntu 20 would go smoothly
4) Received a error message stating "Could not calculate the upgrade" and that it was most likely caused by "Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu". Both were confusing.
