Bug Description
I've tried all the ways I can find to uninstall ppa:deadsnakes, terminal, ppa-purge and even the UI and nothing will remove it permanently. Each time I try to run the Ubuntu upgrade, the same error appears again.
Error:
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge
package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and
try the upgrade again.
If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-

It's possible the lambda-desktop package you have installed is preventing the upgrade to 20.04 LTS from being calculated. Please remove that package and try the upgrade again.
