The upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 is failing to calculate because you have installed graphics driver packages from the kisak-ubuntu- kisak-mesa PPA. Please remove that PPA using the tool ppa-purge. It will also install the official Ubuntu versions of the same packages and after that try the upgrade again.
