can't release upgrade from 19.10

Hello,
after i update and upgrade (full-upgrade) via apt, i make a:
do-release-upgrade

and the beginning of the release-upgrade begins.
After it has changed the /etc/apt/sources.list for add sources of focal fossa, it does calculate the modifications, and then write "impossible to evaluate the release upgrade. A non solvable problem came while calculate the release upgrade"

Hello,
after looking at the /var/log/dist-upgrade/ i saw that there are many errors coming from Qgis software, and postgresql10 with extension postgis.
I uninstalled completely Qgis and postgresql10 with extension postgis, and tried again to do a :
do-release-upgrade
and now, i don't have problem and make the release upgrade normally.
