Bug Description
Update Manager could not upgrade my OS to Bionic Beaver (18.04) from Xenial Xerus (16.04). It ran into an error stating that the 'ubuntu-minimal' package could not be found. However, the device had just been updated and that exact package (ubuntu-minimal) was one of those that were downloaded and installed during the update.

There was an issue communicating with the mirror of Ubuntu which you use. This is an error you'll need to sort out yourself.
