Bug Description

I have 19.10 and have tried serveral times to conduct an upgrade to 20.04 to no avail. It is now a month since the upgrade was made available so suspect there is an issue. Have maintained 19.10 updates to ensure the highest posibility of the system is being maintained for upgrade.

I have five other computers all of which I have decide to upgrade to 20.04 all of which I have eventually managed to upgrade.
