Bug Description
When I attempted to the latest version of Ubuntu, I was presented with the opportunity to update to Ubuntu 19.04. However, 19.10 is the latest and 19.04 is losing support. Update Notifier should have given me a direct update path to 19.10, not to 19.04.
Expected Results:
I am given a direct path to upgrade to Ubuntu 19.10
Actual Results:
I am given a path to Ubuntu 19.04, which is an interim release, and not even the latest one.
