Bug Description

I recently installed 16.04 on my Apple G4 PowerPC (PPC/PowerPC/Pmac). I was then prompted to upgrade to 18.04 which dropped support for PPC-32, so there is no ubuntu.mnimal for the upgrader to acquire. Since there is no support for my arch, I should not be promtped to upgrade.
