Bug Description

Sooooo... I went to update my system, and when finished, my system was kinda broken. I did do-release-upgrade and it upgraded to Cosmic, and then I realized that some packages I used weren't installed, and they wouldn't install because other packages were missing. Then, I tried to go back to Bionic, using this guide here: https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-downgrade-ubuntu-linux-system-to-its-previous-version, and that broke it even more. Then I tried fixing my python symlink, and after I fixed it with python2.7, apt wouldn't work! And now I don't know what to do. Also, do-release-upgrade won't detect cosmic anymore, so I can't re-upgrade.
