do-release-upgrade manual is missing options

`man do-release-upgrade` does not list some options that the command accepts. These options are listed by `do-release-upgrade --help`.

Specifically, it is missing:
-V, --version
--data-dir=DATA_DIR
-c, --check-dist-upgrade-only
-q, --quiet

Hi Cristian,

apport ask me to log in to launchpad and launches Links to do so (I have no GUI). When I try, launchpad tells me “Bad bot, go away! Request aborted.” Any way around that?

The request to use apport-collect is unnecessary as I've confirmed that what you've said is true. Thanks for reporting a bug!
