An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

The error that you are a reporting is a conflict between packages from the official Ubuntu archive and packages from a PPA. To resolve this situation please deactivate PPAs using the tool 'ppa-purge' which is provided by the ppa-purge package. Then try performing the release upgrade again. Thanks in advance!
