Bug Description

I planned to update Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS through "sudo update-manager -d" but it prompted with:

Could not calculate upgrade
...
..

I followed and removed all PPAs and various packages installed but still unable to upgrade!

I removed some broken package, founded from:

cat /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log | grep Broken

this fix the issue
