Upgrade says "partial" due to Nvidia drivers or something

Bug Description

The upgrader showed up automatically saying it can only do a partial upgrade. I hit continue and the bug window appeared. It seems to be related to the Ubuntu desktop and the 3rd party Nvidia drivers I installed for my GTX 970.
