I'm reporting this from a 16.04 session because I can't get a complete boot on my 17.10 install now. The boot script fails to start Mysql community server and sits in a loop trying to do the same thing.

MYSQL community server fails to start cleanly in my 17.10 install and the boots script continuously loops attempting to start the service.
