Bug Description

Trying to upgrade from 16.04 to 17.04 via the distribution upgrade tool fails when trying to calculate the changes. Unsure what to do.

The attached is what I get when I try do-release-upgrade in a terminal (my username redacted). Not sure what is causing it to fail.
