/usr/bin/update-manager:28: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.

I get this bug on Ubuntu Mate 16.04 when another process is updating some packages.

Installing update notifier fixed the problem for me in Ubuntu-MATE 18.04 LTS. Code: `$ sudo apt-get install update-notifier`
