Bug Description

No offense intended folks, but These bug reporting guidelines are for people who program. I'm a product user not a programmer, and I want to pay for this distro but I also want it to work right first! I installed your new 16.04 LTS and completely erased hard drive to start fresh. Was using Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, which was very fast and bud free. This install worked for a few days, then it became slow and then NOW each time I turn computer on it goes to login screen, type password, it roles thru trying to come to the main screen with the pretty bar of application icons on the left, but it doesnt get there now. Now it gives a nice Ubuntu screen pattern but no applications. So, Restart several times and now they finally come up, meaning that all is well on the ubuntu OS front, until I turn computer off, then next time I use it same problem. Must be a bug. Thanks for everything, I now must go since my other job is beckoning me now.
