Bug Description
Hello,
When doing a graphical release upgrade (16.04 to 16.10), you click on the terminal drop-down to see some details. Once the upgrade processes advances, it then prompts for packages configurations or validations into the built-in terminal. Then if you click again on the drop-down arrow to hide and show the terminal, it just reduces the terminal size into a two line view of the terminal, being able to read "Package configuration" and an empty line (terminal arrow to the bottom). The user is stuck in the upgrade process as he cannot read what he is prompted about.
