I Can't upgrade to ubuntu 16.04 from 14.04

When I try upgrade to ubuntu 16.04 from 14.04 LTS by console "sudo update-manager -d", I receive this response...

Tal vez quiera ejecutar «apt-get update» para corregir estos problemas

I try "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade", but in my system there are nothing to update/upgrade.
I think that is some problem with compiz or anything module of core, but my system displays correctly.
