gnutls_handshake():failed

When i try to make any git command to the following link https://git-codecommit.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/ I get the following errors:

gnutls_handshake() failed: Illegal parameter;
gnutls_handshake() failed: Decrypt error;
GnuTLS recv error (-24): Decryption has failed;

If I keep trying I actually CAN make the connection.
