Bug Description
This system was running a small tmpfs /tmp filesystem of 64M.
do-release-upgrade fails part way through, leaving system in partially upgraded state.
lsb_release -a report wily + no package upgrades occurred include kernel still at Vivid's level.
Reboot + apt-get update + apt-get upgrade + update-grub2 seems to fix problem.
Likely best to put some sort of check into upgrade process to ensure some amount of /tmp being free.
