Bug Description

When using the Files app to view mp3 files that have embedded artwork, some files are displayed without the artwork, even though the Rhythmbox Music app will correctly display the artwork embedded in these files.

The files in question have been transferred from a Macbook Pro where the artwork can be embedded using Apple's Music app. The embedded artwork correctly appears within Apple's music app on both the Macbook Pro and on an iPhone to which the music files can be downloaded. If the files are copied to a laptop running Ubuntu using Dropbox, the files' icons appear with their artwork in the Dropbox folder. However, if the files are copied or moved to a new folder within the Music folder in the Home folder, the artwork seems to disappear from some of the icons representing the files. Attempts have been made to delete the faulty files and re-copy them from the Dropbox folder but to no avail.

After a bit of experimentation, I created a new folder in the Music folder and copied the folder containing the mp3 files into it. This time the artwork was retained on all files. Since I needed this new folder to contain more than one folder, I moved the other folder from its original destination to within the new folder and deleted the now empty original folder. This time, all the artwork was preserved so that I am none the wiser as to the cause of the bug. The only difference was that the new folder was named Franz Lehar whereas the original folder had the name Lehar with an accent over the a as originally named by iTunes Music app.
