As the summary says, I launched "do-release-upgrade", then I stopped it (Ctrl-C) and it displayed that traceback (see terminal data), then I looked for help on how to use do-release-upgrade, then I tried some options, "-s", "-s -d", then during "-s -d" command I terminated it with Ctrl-C and I think it crashed, but no windows appeared, then I executed "-s -d -p" that doesn't make sense, then "-s -p" and do-release-upgrade didn't found any new version and then "-s -d" and it crashed showing me a window where I have let it send data about this crash to developers. After I clicked Send it opened a browser page, I logged in and then I wrote this text. I hope this will be useful.

I expected it stop upgrading process and let me launch it whenever I want.
I think what happened is obvious after all I said and posted.
