update ubuntu 14.10 (italian language) ends in error

On Ubuntu 14.10 daily release (italian langage) if you run on terminal

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

the update ends with the following error (see image attached):

W: Impossibile recuperare bzip2:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/it.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic_main_source_Sources Somma hash non corrispondente

W: Impossibile recuperare bzip2:/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/it.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_utopic_universe_source_Sources Somma hash non corrispondente

E: Impossibile scaricare alcuni file di indice: saranno ignorati o verranno
usati quelli vecchi.

the problem occurs if on "Software & Update" package the "Download from" is set to Italy (default for installation in italian language) instead of "Main server"
