1) before$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 13.10
Release: 13.10
after$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04
2) ubuntu-release-upgrader-core 1:0.205.6
dpkg 1.16.12ubuntu1.3
3) Run "do-release-upgrade" or "do-release-upgrade -d"
I expected that upgrading are complited.
4) But upgrading are stopped, OS are broken in the half-finished states.
5) Additional.
I can reproduce many times this issue on VirtualBox.
But OS are broken, then it is difficult to offer the after states.
