Bug Description
Can't migrate from 13.10 to 14.04 for an unknown reason with "do-release-
1) I purged ppa gnome3-
2) I did a dist-upgrade and a reboot.
3) Nothing wrong with "sudo dpkg --audit"
4) Here is the output of "do-release-

Reviewing the files from your upgrade attempt you seem to have enabled the xorg-edgers-ppa. This will prevent the upgrade as that PPA contains different versions of packages essential to Ubuntu.
