Bug Description

See below for output. But basically I can't upgrade to trusty from saucy using the upgrader because it complains of an "unresolvable problem" but doesn't tell me what. If I hack sources.list to trusty and do a manual apt-get dist-upgrade it does not report any problem.

So two things:
 1. is the release upgrader broken?
 2. For goodness sake, print the actual damn error message to the screen.

Could not determine the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the
command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal.

And having dived into the logs that apport posted (which I didn't know where on my machine until I saw this), I can see that:

2014-01-20 11:03:50,954 ERROR Dist-upgrade failed: 'The package 'postgresql-9.1' is marked for removal but it is in the removal blacklist.'

So please put this error on the regular output to make life easier!
