Bug Description

Get this message when upgrade fails.
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.

 This can be caused by:
 * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

If none of this applies, then please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core' in a terminal.

This probably has something to do with the unofficial version of libc6 that you have installed.

Broken tar:amd64 PreDepends on libc6 [ amd64 ] < 2.15-0ubuntu10+openvz0 -> 2.17-0ubuntu5.1 > ( libs ) (>= 2.17)
  Considering libc6:amd64 12821 as a solution to tar:amd64 5344
  Holding Back tar:amd64 rather than change libc6:amd64

Resolved via USBFDD upgrade to 14.10.
