Bug Description
The Ubuntu release-upgrader stops upgrading when a dialog appears on screen. A dialog questioning if a manually changed file should be kept or replaced with the new file from the upgrade. As long as you haven't made a choice the installation is stopped. It is quite annoying when you have to be the whole upgrade time in front of your computer for answering such questions, which could be asked just as well in the end of the upgrade process.
