404 errors when upgrading/updating

Bug Description

Trying to upgrade to 12.10

I have Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS
Release 12.04

404 errors below......

You need to disable the lines with hardy in them in your /etc/apt/sources.list file. You can do this by either deleting them or inserting a "#" in the beginning of the line.
