Bug Description
After upgrading to 13.04, I was no longer connected to the internet, so I got this message (see screenshot), (which shouldn't exist in the first place, because all data should be downloaded _prior_ to the installation, instead of waiting for the restart to download extra data).
So I connected to the internet and clicked on "run this action now".
A terminal opened up which ran some stuff, apparently downloading and processing extra data. After the process was done, the terminal closed, but the popup window stayed opened.
I clicked "Run this process now" again (thinking there was more extra data to download) but it just opened a one-instant terminal which closed immediately. I guess everything there was to download was already downloaded, so I clicked on "close".
What should happen is that after you click on "Run this action now" and after the action is done, the window should automatically close.
