[MIR] golang-gosqlite-dev

ubuntu-push build-depends on golang-gosqlite-dev, which is linked statically into its binaries. ubuntu-push has just been MIRed into main, which means that golang-gosqlite-dev also needs to go through this process and be included in main.

I see that the golang-gosqlite-dev package currently depends on libsqlite0-dev, which is obsolete, and this dependency tries to pull the old sqlite package into main. This dependency will need to be dropped.

first showstopper: golang-gosqlite-dev pulls in the obsolete sqlite, while sqlite3 is in main.

golang-github-pborman-uuid-dev and golang-github-mattn-go-sqlite3-dev seems to be adequate replacements for, respectively, golang-uuid-dev (though this already is a transitional package for golang-github-pborman-uuid-dev) and golang-gosqlite-dev. It appears they are both in, at least, xenial main.

Thanks, using golang-github-mattn-go-sqlite3-dev already in main seems a
much better solution than adding golang-gosqlite-dev.
